Manavi is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) wine produced from selected grapes of Kakhuri Mtsvane variety grown in the village Manavi, located in Kakheti region. The wine has been vinified in stainless steel vessels. It is light straw in colour, has a fruity bouquet reminiscent of apples, pears and tropical fruits and a well-balanced, smooth palette. Best with: salads, appetizers and fish. Best served at: +8°-10°C (+46°-50° F).
